Cannot download clipart

Publisher 2002 SP3 running on XP SP3. PC was recently migrated from workgroup
to domain. As domain admin, I migrated the old local user account to the new
domain user account using MS procedure of copying old profile to new one
within My Computer Properties | Advanced | User Profiles.

Now trying to download clipart, the user gets error 0x80004005. I've already
tried fixes in KB 328166 and they didn't help.

What else can I do?

Did you do the DCOM config as laid out in the article?
Are you certain your user's Organizer is not corrupt? Change the Mstore10.mgc to
Mstore10.old. The Organizer will create a new catalog the next time it is
opened.
The file is in a folder similar to this:(hidden)
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

You also can perform a detect and repair. The Organizer has it own detect and
repair in the help menu. A compact in the tools menu could help too.

As stated, I already tried the fixes in the KB article which are the MDAC
reinstall and the DCOM config. The DCOM was already set as the KB article
says to set it to.
I'll try the detect and repair, I didn't notice that. If that doesn't do it,
then I'll try renaming to recreate the organizer catalog file. Thanks.

No-go. Tried the Detect and Repair, then renaming the Mstore10 files. Didn't
help. Now getting the same error just trying to insert clipart and trying to
open the clip organizer. And all the previous saved clipart no longer
appears. I know the files are there, but they don't show in clip organizer.

This is going from bad to worse.

Another update. The first time I did the Detect and Repair, I only selected
the option to "repair my shortcuts". I ran the D&R again and this time I
selected both options which included resetting to default. That did something
because even tho I still got an error getting into Clip Organizer, it now
asked the user to scan and catalog picture files. So I'm hoping this will fix
it for good. Thanks again for telling me about the D&R process in CO.
