Cannot edit Hidden Custom form

I'm trying to design a new Meeting Request form. I go to Design a Form and
choose the meeting request form from the standard forms library. It has the
"hidden" remark next to the file and when it's opened all the design features
are greyed out. I am administrator on the PC and I'm up to date with Office
updates. I'm running Outlook 2003 SP2. Any help would be appreciated, THANKS

Hi Skipper, am trying to do the same thing here. Just spent an hour and a
half on the phone with Microsoft to hear that the appt forms can not be
updated, by design.. can't copy the oft and update, can't copy over the form
fields, can't build the same functionality from the ground up- nothin'
...sorry, hopefully this saves you the 'day' I've now spent on this
