Cannot edit in Vista

I just upgraded from XP Pro to Vista Pro. Now, when I open Access 2003 app
I cannot go into design of any reports. All other objects work fine. Can
someone help me figure this one out?

p.s. If I open the same app on an XP PC it works fine.

Installed any printers?

Suggestions:

1. Install another printer driver.
You don't have to buy another printer. Just install a local printer of some
kind (not a network printer.)

Access uses the metrics of the printer driver to calculate the report. If
there is no printer, or the printer is not installed correctly, or it is a
network printer Access can't figure out (even if other software can use it),
you get the symptoms you describe.

2. Add the database folder to the trusted locations under:
Office Button | Access Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings

3. Verify your references are okay:

4. Start Access 2007 with a "Run As Admin" shortcut:

I removed and re-installed the printer driver and now it seems to work ok.
Thanks.

p.s. For some reason, the only port option it gave me was DOT4 something.
I'm not sure why it doesn't show my USB as a port as that is where the
printer is connected.
