Cannot edit the rich textbox infopath in web browser.

i have published the infopath form into server, but got some problem which is
the rich text box cannot edit (like disable). In my web browser, i can edit
some information in rich textbox, but in my friend web browser (different
desktop) cannot edit. what should i do to solve this problem? anyone can
assist me?

Hi,

Double click on the text box and switch to display tab and click on
Conditional Formatting button. Verify that are you using any conditional
formatting to change the text box as read only.

more question, it is happen becuse of web browser?
