Cannot empty Clipboard - Help

We are running Terminal Servers with Excel 2002 SP3. This error happens for
everyone. When a user copies and pastes usually a coupkle of times on a
spreadsheet this error pops up. You can hit ok and it still Pastes but it
then happens everytime you try and copy something in excel... Help.
