On a seemingly random basis Office Excel 2000 complains that it 'Cannot Empty
Clipboard'
No this is not Excel 97 and GetRight, nor is it 2003 with 2003 Terminal
Services
It appears that the administrator does not have this error, but there is no
way to be sure because the error is so random it just may not have come up
with the administrator account.
Any fresh ideas regarding this situation would be greatly appreciated.
