Hi,
I'm system administrator for Terminal Server in my company
and we have installed a Windows 2000 Advenced server with
Office 97 (due to that some Excel sheet and Access
database have not been yet migrated to new MS Office).
My problem is When I Dragging Cells (move from one cell to
the other one), I receive "Cannot Empty the Clipboard"
Error Message and after have click on "ok" the data has
been moved.
I have already check on the Knowledge DB and I have found
the following article "196620" but in this article they
tell that the problem come from "GetRights Monitoring"
application and we should disable the clipboard monitoring.
Problem -> there is no "GetRights Monitoring" application
installed on the Terminal Server and I have same problem
decribed in this article.
Could someone help me?
