Cannot ever receive emails from some people

I use (Office 2003) Outlook to send and receive emails. I never have issues
with most people but some people can receive my emails and do reply to them
but I never receive them. There are no error messages that appear to either
myself or the sender. I have noticed that two Macintosh users that I know
are two people that I cannot get emails from.
This only occurs with a particular email account and not with another
account that also uses Outlook 2003.
I wondered if it had anything to do with the signatures I use or maybe the
fact that I send emails as HTML. Or could it be other settings in Outlook, my
ISP or another issue?

Any ideas anyone?

It could be anything.
Have those users reply with a delivery receipt and try some test emails to
you sent with a delivery receipt.
That might narrow it down. Also try with plain text only messages to those
users.
