I have a user who has a word document, containing some drop down boxes etc.
This opens up fine, and the drop down menu options appear no problem when
selected.
However, when I open the document on the users machine, the document opens
fine, but when clicking on the drop down menus a message along the lines of
'Cannot exit design mode because checkbox HTml cannot be created'
or something very similar. and instead of the drop down options appearing,
the whole checkbox is selected as an object.
When I exit out of design mode, I click on the box again, and another
message appears, along the lines of html options not installed (sorry for
being a bit vague).
I totally removed office, and reinstalled, with all options installed. The
same still happens.
I find it a bit strange it works on my machine, but not the users.
Anyone have any idea or shed some light at all?
