Cannot find Anals32.xll

I get this message while using a training download from the MS Office site.
It tells me to run setup to install Analysis ToolPak. Analysis ToolPak is
already installed but I ran set up and reinstalled any way. Still get the
waring. The file seems to open ok when I bypass the error. Any help out there?
