with a : J
Now i have like 7 names aappearing with a J and all of them in my
address book..all the names in inbosx or outbox etc starting with a J
are still in my I book but when I click on to: they are not

Jean-Pierre,

I believe you are referring to the "Recent Address list". However, I
believe Entourage gathered all the addresses as you read or sent email
messages on your old computer. So if you moved from the old Ibook to a new
one, the "recent address list" you want is back on the old computer and in a
format for Entourage 2001 and not Entourage 2004.

Maybe one of the MVP people has some script or trick for Entourage 2004 that
will "re-read" each of your messages to populate the "Recent Address list"
on your new computer. It might be possible that the recent address list
could in fact be transferred from your old computer to the new one. But I
am doubtful of that.
