Cannot find download

I bought my copy of OFFICE MILITARY 2007 WIN32 ENGLISH from my PX in Iraq.
The CD was damaged during shipment back to the states (typical of the army)
and now I can't use it. I have the round sticker with barcodes and code
numbers on it but I cannot find anywhere to download the program and my codes
are not being accepted in normal OFFICE 2007 apps...
Where can I get this download?
