Cannot Find entry point

Hi I am receiving the following message when trying to access a remote
datasource using access 2002 and oracle 8

"The procedure entry point SUnMapLS_IPEBP_40 could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Problem began after i installed another program. which i have since removed.

Anyone got any ideas.
