Using Outlook?

Your quickest route would be to ring your ISP because they will have the
server names and such that you need to fill in. If you want to try it
yourself, go to Tools, Account Settings and add a new account. It gives you
the option to fill in your full email address and password and tries to
sniff them out and automatically put server names in, for you. With any luck
that will work (never has, for me through my ISP or my own domain) but
failing that, your ISP is the one to contact.

Your easiest method is to use the Control Panel option as Outlook may not
open without a .pst file configured for use. Control Panel-Mail Icon.

Provided they're using Outlook 2007. I don't think prior versions of
Outlook did that.
