Cannot find object toolbar (?)

I do not know what this is, but there is a toolbar like item that appears at
the left side of the Visio 2003 screen with different objects that I can
select and drag into the screen. Whenever I close it I can never find it on
the menu to get it back.

What is this called and how to I get it to reappear when it disappears?

Do you mean the shape stencils (View/Shapes Window)?

I do not have a Shapes Window option on my View menu.

I actually have Visio 2002 SP2.

Actually, I just found it. I did not know it was called Stencils. It is on
the File menu | Stencils command in Visio 2002 SP2.
