Cannot find SetupRef.xls :(

Hi all

Can someone give me the URL for the file SetupRef.xls as I cannot find it
anywhere?

I have downloaded the ORKTools to install the resource tools to create
transforms, etc.
but cant find this SetupRef.xls file anywhere. I need it so I can get the
syntax correct in
my batch files.
