The Access DB we use to record files on for work is linked into several
mail merge letters. It has all been working fine until yesterday, when any
file entered yesterday cannot be found in the mail merge doc but are quite
clearly there on the DB table.Which version of Word are we dealing with? Are you linking directly to the
table, or to a query in the database? If a query, please go into the Design,
then SQL view of the query and copy/paste the SQL-statement into your reply.
Has someone perhaps set Query Options in Word that would be filtering the
data?
The records are entered directly in Access, and not through a Word form
interface, correct?
