cannot find unicows

installed Outlook 2003 onto an XP machine
now I get" "cannot find unicows.dll" error when I open Outlook.

but only when I click on INBOX first.....
if I click on any other outlook folder and THEN click on inbox -- no error

I tried Hal Hostetler's suggestion:
at www.anetforumss.com to re-install unicows -- but no luck

tried to "repair" Office 2003 ( from the install menu ) -- no luck
tried a restore "roll-back" -- no luck

Tools | Options | Other tab | Advanced Options ... Add-in manger - can you
see it listed there? if you can disable it. it might otherwise be listed
under com add-ins.
