cannot find word document without title

I typed a document and also used borders and for some
reason (maybe mental block) I saved without title.

Now, every time I open up Word there is this document
which I no longer need looking at me as (Document 1). I
have tried to delete in all type of ways but whenever I
open up Word, there is this document filling the screen. I
have tried in all ways that I know to find this document
in some sort of file but cannot find it anywhere!!

If anyone has any idea what I can do do to get rid of it I
would sincerely appreciate your help!!
