When I open Outlook 2003, I get a message that C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\1033\ID_011.DPC is corrupt. Outlook tries to reinstall the
file, but cannot, and I am told to verify that I have access to that
directory. I also get a Windows XP message stating CiceroUIWndFrame:
Outlook.exe is corrupt, and to run check disk. I have run check disk several
time, but it does not fix the problem. I have tried to repair Outlook with
my installation disk, but every time it gets to the corrupt file, I get Error
1304 to verify access. I then completely uninstalled Office and attempted to
reinstall, but every time the disk gets to that file, it cannot go any
further. How can I completely delete the corrupted file so that I can
reinstall a clean copy?
