CANNOT FORCE BLACK AND WHITE PRINTING

1. There appears to be no way to set Word for B&W printing (if document is in color).
2. When Excel is set to print B&W, it still prints in color.

Where are these settings hidden?

In File> Print - open the 3rd list (Copies & Pages), select Print Settings,
the pick Black from the Color list. [There's no setting in either program to
simply "flip" color on & off.]
