Cannot forward attachment in outlook interoffce

I have a new workstation that has XP Pro and Outlook 2003. The user cannot
forward an e-mail with an attachment to anyohe in our office. The attachment
is stripped out. Her old workstation works fine and I cannot find anything
different in the setup.

This user wouldn't happen to be using a different version of Office than what
Outlook is AND be using Word as her email editor?
