cannot forward e-mail w/pictures attached

Get the following mesage when trying to forward jpg's.
Task 'pop-server.cfl.rr.com (1) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0D) :
'Unable to find the e-mail server. Please verify the server information in
your account properties.'
