Cannot Gain Access To Site

Hi All,
I know this is not a FP problem but you guys are pretty knowledgeable so I'm
asking for help anywhere I can get it. I recently moved and before the move
I had Verizon as my ISP. Up until the day I moved I was able to able to
gain access to a site I created with FP which is
www.trinitylearningcenter.net. After I moved I used Comcast for my ISP.
Since that day, which is a month now, I have not been able to gain access to
the site, though friends and family can on their computers. That includes
those who have Comcast. I can gain access to any other site. I been working
with Techs since the problem and finally someone came over to the house. He
hooked up his laptop using my modem or whatever and WAS able to access the
site. He said it had to be a setting on my computer that was blocking it,
though he could not find anything wrong. I changed no settings before I
moved. Honestly, not a one though Comcast said something had to change.
The only change is using them for my ISP. Just to be on the safe side I did
a system restore and set the date to about 3 weeks before the move but this
did not help either. I am ready to go back to Verizon but I want to make
sure Comcast is the problem. Again getting Comcast has been the only
changed on this computer. My host also got involved and they are not
blocking it.
Thanks.

Did you remove all of the Verizon software from your machine and delete any Verizon connections?

Hi Thomas,
I just looked in my "Add and Remove Programs" files and I do not see Verizon
in there. I also went to "Internet Connections" and took a screen print
that you can see here http://creationsanew.com/connections.jpg I was not
here when the tech installed the Comcast software. Even though the tech
left the software CD there is no indication that I even have Comcast on this
machine though I know I do as I am using it for my e-mail. My husband said
that the tech installed the software using his own laptop. BTW, many things
have been tried such as deleting temporary files and history, unchecking the
pop-ups, reloading internet explorer. These things were suggested by
Comcast Tech support none of which has solved the problem. Many mores
things have been tried but I want to leave a post not a novel. :)

You really do not need to have any Comcast software on your machine in order to use Comcast cable
internet connection, just a supported cable modem.

Make sure the you are trying to access your site in FP via http://www.creationsanew.com
