Cannot get Onenote 2007 to sync with my Smartphone (Moto Q)

I am soooooo frustrated. I have Office 2007 Ultimate and a Motorola Q smart
phone. I enter notes on the Q and Activesync and the notes do not appear
anywhere on my laptop. Conversely I enter notes on my laptop and put them in
the "Onenote Mobile" notebook and they do not appear on my Q after
Activesynching. I have reinstalled Onenote Mobile twice and still nothing.
I so see Onenote appear on the Activesync list and there are no apparent
errors during the sync but no notes swap back and forth whatsoever.!!!!!!

WTF?

I've had this problem before and what I did was uninstall off both
desktop AND mobile device. The re-install one at a time again. Then,
don't touch anything. Far as I can tell, you can't move or otherwise
manipulate the desktop version of the mobile notebook.

I'm actually in the same predicament right now as I've bought a new
laptop and trying to sync to it hasn't worked. I've created some
notes on my mobile, "synced" up to laptop, but can't find the notes.
I've searched mobile and laptop using search functions for unique
strings I've inserted into the notebooks but still can't find them.
When I uninstall the mobile version and then reinstall it, the same
frickin' notes I created are still there from the last install. This
tells me the uninstall wasn't deep enough.

I just discovered that the box wasn't ticked in the deep sync settings
of the new Mobile Sync Center. Double-check that. It now works for
me.

Hi,
I take it you are using Vista as I have no idea what the Mobile Sync Center
is and all I have is Activesync.

I will try reinstalling bot the desktop and the mobile OneNotes when I get
home as I do not have the CD with me now.

Thanks,
David
