I am using Word 2007 - Windows Vista Home Premium
I have created a template - simply put - created an envelope and saved it as
a template 21 cm x 11 cm.
I set the left margin at 8 cm, top at 4 cm.
Landscape.
It is stored and easily called up from "My Templates".
The problem:
Although when displayed the input point is in the correct position, when I
paste the text (address) it goes immediately to the top left on an A4 page.
No matter what I do - except hitting the space-bar once and then pasting -
the text always pastes in the top left of a full page. Blowing out my
template.
Basically, Word is ignoring all the formatting I have set in the template.
This has started to happen suddenly. Up to now, for the past several years,
all has been well.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to cure this?
TIA for any help.
