cannot get PERT to work

I show the PERT toolbar, but none of the buttons work. I click on the PERT worksheet, calculate, etc. buttons but none of them respond. Does anyone know how I can get this to work? I really need the PERT functionality

Have your entered your best case, worst case, and likely case estimates ve
the PERT form for each task before attempting to calculate the PERT?
