Cannot get ribbon toolbar to return

XR8 Sprint

A friend is using Office 2007 beta and has lost the ribbon toolbar and there
does not appear to be any way to get it back. Have tried CTRL+F1 but
absolutely nothing. Help...

Are the tabs visible? If so, Ctrl+F1 or double-clicking on a tab should
work, but I believe there is also a Full Screen view. In earlier versions,
you can get out of Full Screen with ESC, so you might try that.
