Cannot get rid of User Name at top when printing e-mails

I have tried to get rid of the User name that Outlook
automatically prints at the top of e-mail messages. As I
use different signatures for sending e-mails for
dirrerent projects / businesses. The name it prints at
the top is I believe what I entered when I bought the
computer and registered the software. I have tried
fiddling with User profiles and also headers / footers to
change message memo format for printing but it does not
work.
Can any body suggest something?
