Cannot import a csv file, etc. using Business Contact Manager

When I click file>import and export>business contact manager for Outlook
instead of launching the wizard, I get an error box pop up saying "Microsoft
Office Outlook has stopped working" following by "...Outlook is now
restarting".

I have tried uninstalling BCM and still have the same issue. I have
uninstalled both BCM2007 and MS Office 2007 and reinstalled and still have
the same problem. Any help would be appreciated!
