Cannot import data in Excel 2003

I have recently upgraded from Excel 2000 to Excel 2003. When I try to import
data into the Excel file, it returns an error of "-2147467259 Method
'CopyFromRecordset' of object 'Range' failed".
Does any body have an idea how to resolve this issue.
Is there any code fix or hotfix available.?
