Cannot import Entourage v.X Identity

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

Hi,

When I attempt to import data from a Entourage v.X identity into Entourage 2008, it imports nothing. It immediately says "import complete" when I choose the identity to be transferred, but no progress bars pop up, and no data gets imported. Any ideas?

My team is investigating this issue about not able to import Entourage v. X
identity to Entourage 2008. We couldn't reproduce this problem in-house. If
anyone sees this problem, please contact me and I will work with you on this.
