cannot install EXCEL

Sounds like you're using an upgrade copy of excel and you
do not already have a copy of a previous version or an
existing version of EXCEL on you machine. If that is the
case you will need to install a "full version" of EXCEL.
Or install a full version of a previous version of EXCEL
then install the version you have.
