Cannot install font

My system: dual boot Win XP Home. A font that was working
on both disks no longer works on F: drive (works OK on C:
drive). Uninstalled font, but when I attempt to install
it, Windows says the file is not a valid font file.
Deleted the font file and re-loaded from the source CD,
still won't install or view. Downloaded font from web
site, still can't install.

Only change to system is upgrade of Office 97 to Office XP
Pro. Installed on both C and F drives.

My opinion now is that there is nothing wrong with the
font file, but rather there is a problem in Windows.

Have tried everything, nothing works! Help!!!

Nope it's the font. XP is very sensitive about TTs. Send it to magrat (dot)
garlick (at) hotmail (dot) com (please zip it at the very least - RAR would
be better) and I will convert it to an XP-readable format.

Tried to send you the font at (e-mail address removed),
but it bounced. Do you have another address?

That's *MY* fault! Replace the dot with an underscore! ;o) D'OH! I'm sorry
but I don't post my ISP address in newsgroups.

You've got mail! ;o) Works perfectly now (well on both my Pro systems it
does).
