Cannot install Micrisift Office 2000 Premium

Atthe end of an apparently normal installation process the
following message appears:
Error 1911. Could not register library for file C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\HTML\HTMLMARQ.OCX
Word, Excel, Access will open and then close.
Anyone know how this can be rectified?
