Cannot install Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007

A

AAAdams

Please help I am not able to install the program on my computer. My computer
is unable to pick it up at all. It doesn't show up under the CD-Rom folder.

Also, which 2007 Office system product do you have? Some are distributed
on DVD disks not CDROM disks. If your drive is not a DVD drive, and the
disk is a DVD, then you won't be able to use it.

Sounds like you have bad disks or a failing DVD drive. Mine installed just
fine.

This exactly my problem as well - I had no idea Enterprise 2007 comes on a
DVD, and I don't have a DVD-rom. So how can I get it on a CD-rom?? This was a
deal through my employer for a home edition. I don't want to pay $99 to tell
MS to send me a CD, even if it's available!??

You would have to go back to your employer, they supplied it.
Or buy a dvd/cd drive
BTW does your PC have the neccessary sytem requirements to run 2007?, with
no dvd drive it would appear somewhat old.

The purchase (office Enterprise 2007) was made directly from microsoft for
"home use program". My current computer does not respond when the disc (DVD)
is installed. Why and no window open up telling me why.

Call the IT person at the place from where you purchased the Office 2007 Enterprise
under the Home Program and ask this person on how to convert an ISO file from your
DVD install disc
