It seems to downlaod with no problems at all but will not install. Other
regular downloads (Windows Update and Norton) seem to have no problem. In
fact when I first tried to download SP2 there were 2 other files I downloaded
at the same time and, despite some inital problems, they have successfully
installed.

I did have a problem a few days ago with my user profiles whic h I have just
manged to fix thanks to this user community, but the SP2 download will still
not install.

I've printed out the Microsoft Support files yuo've suggested and I'll work
thruogh them
