Cannot install Office 2003 SP1 and connot repair existing Office 2

I cannot apply any patch to Microsoft Office 2003 and I cannot even run a
repair off the original upgrade CD. This is frustrating, in that I cannot
apply any security patches.

I need some assistance for this issue.
