Cannot install Office 2004 Mac

I am trying to install Office 2004 on an ibook G4. The software won't install.
Tried dragging to the hard drive and double-clicking the set-up assistant
but will not go beyond clicking 'accept' on the license agreement.
I have run the 'remove office' application from the additional tools folder
and it removed some preferences for previous installation. Is there
something else I'm missing?

You don't have to use the installer (Office Setup Assistant). Have you
tried dragging the Microsoft Office 2004 folder from the CD to your hard
drive?
