Cannot install office programs.

I had to reinstall Office SBE 2003 and while Outlook has installed the word,
Power Pt., Excel, will not install. I keep getting setup error 1311. Source
file not found. The file is D:\ZF561407.CAB

I have the install disc in my drive so I'm at a loss. Any help would be
GREATLY appreciated.

Carey,
Thanks for the quick response. I first must say that I am an absolute
novice when it comes to this. Windows was already up to date and I wouldn't
begin to know how to create an "administrative work around" as mentioned in
the article. Another point of clarification...I use my system for home
business only and am not connected to any network nor have I ever used the
install disc previous. Hoping you'll have other suggestions.
