Cannot install or uninstall Frontpage 2000

This computer has Win98SE and I was using Frontpage 2000.
Then the program frontpg.exe and the folder were deleted, and I tried
to install or uninstall Frontpage 2000,but I got the following error:

Error 1606. Could not access network location F:le "c:\progam
files\microsoft frontpage\version3.0\bin.

Thats exactly what it says, including the "F:le", whatever that is.

When I first got the error, I downloaded and installed Frontpage
Express, which put the folder back in that spot. I also reinstalled
Frontpage 2000 extensions, but they are now going to a Common Files
folder location.

The bin folder IS now in that location (it wasn't when the error first
appeared) but the installation is still not finding it. Would I have
to change something in the registry to get the installation to find
the extensions, or to look somewhere else for them? Anyone else know
what to do? I really need Frontpage on this computer! Thanks.

Well I fixed it, but in case anyone else has a similar problem, use
this to uninstall FP or any Office products:
