CANNOT INSTALL PACKAGED DB

Hi Guys,
Please help me. I created a database and packaged it with Office Developer
(2002) as I had always done in the past. Then today when I tried to install
it on my desk top so I could continue to test it, I got an error message. The
header of the error message was: "Visual Basic 6.0 Setup Toolkit", and the
error message itself was: "The Office System Pack cannot be installed on this
systembecause it requires Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 or later."
I have not been able to figure whatever went wrong because I had done this
routine at least 50 times in the past.

It's possible some other update is causing the problem (for instance, a
recent one caused many ActiveX controls to stop working), but I haven't
heard any details.

Sorry I have no more suggestions.
