Cannot install PST Backup for Outlook

I downloaded and installed the PST Backup for Outlook (2002). I opened
Outlook and opened the File menu and I don't have a Backup command installed.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the utility three times without any luck.
The size of the program looks to be 0.03MB. Any ideas?

with the program installed -
go to start - run - type
regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office10\addins\outbak.dll"

you may need to modify the path in the above command to meet your needs
(i.e point to the right directory) - you should get a positive message - then
open outlook - that's what did it for me.
