cannot install service pack 3 running office pro 2003

having trouble retreiving emails from my site given info that I need service
pack 3 to work correctly however cannot install service pack 3 error message
is that program does not support this service pack I am running office por

Hi Scion,

Office System 2003 is only up to SP1.
There are SP3's for both Office 2000 and Office XP/2002
series apps. Check in Add/Remove Programs to see if
you have apps from either of those series also installed.
