Cannot install Service pack1 for Office Project server 2003

Hi

I have installed windows share point services with sp1, share point
portal server 2003 with sp1 and then I installed project server 2003
on a windows 2003 standard server. I can access project server from
web at http://server-name/projectserver and everything looks good. Now
I am trying to install sp1 fpr project server but it says that the
expected version of the product was not found on the system. Now when
I try to find winproj.exe , i cannot find that file on whole system.
Please help me as I am confused. I think project server 2003 is
working fine but why those files are missing and why cant I install
sp1.
