Cannot integrate with Office Accounting Express 2008

I am running OA Express 2008, clean install with a new company (no real data) on Vista Ultimate (updated).

It crashes ("Needs to shutdown") everytime I attempt to run the "integrate with outlook BCM". The wizard fails and program closes at the first step (when it tries to backup) OA data. When this happens, it gives the following error:

I had the exact same problem with OA Express 2007 prior to upgrading (Crashes when attempting backup).

I have attempted to relocate the backup files on different drives, the default filenames and different ones, running backup manually, with and without outlook running, after clean installs (and reinstalls), and after reboots. No effects. Same error- crashes when backing up. Please help!

Given that it is Office Accounting crashing, you may have better luck
asking your question in an OA newsgroup.

That said, it might be a permission problem that OA is not handling.
You could try running OA as an admin
