Cannot level an enterprise project

Using ProjectPro 2003, ProjectServer 2003.

I've created an enterprise pool and an enterprise project
using resources from that pool. Publishing works fine,
time entry, tracking, etc...

However, I cannot level an enterprise project. When I
level the project absolutely nothing happens. However, if
I copy paste the information into a local project file
and click "level now", everything levels properly. The
enterprise project will not level in both online and
offline mode.

The leveling options I'm using are:
- Day by Day
- clear leveling values "checked"
- level entire project
- all other checkboxes are clear
- all tasks have "level assignment" set to "Yes"

I use the same leveling options in both the local project
file that works, and the online/offline enterprise
project that doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated,

After a support call with Microsoft they have told me
this has been registered as a bug. They will be getting
back to me early next week with a course of action.

Unfortunately I'm facing the same problem. Is any workaround known
