Cannot link to Recrod??

I have MS Small Bus 2007 on a new laptop. Have used Publisher for years. I'm
getting a message whenever I used Publisher now that says it "cannot link to
record". It goes on to say "Before Publisher can link this item to a
Business Contact Mgr record: Set up Outlook as your Default email program or
Create your Outlook profile, and complete the startup wizard for Outlook
2007 w/Business Contact Mgr".

I have no idea what this is about and am not trying to work in Outlook,
while using Publisher. Outlook may be open, but I'm not doing anything that
I can see to get the message??? Never seen this before. What do I do??

Have you installed the contact manager? Should be on your setup disk.

This new laptop came with SB 2007 loaded from Dell. When I'm in Outlook the
Bus Contact Mgr is at the top next to "Actions". I did register it per the
following. "Thank you for registering your version of Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager." Have not done much more than
that. Have not used it, haven't had time to check out features.

YES, Bus Contact Mgr was loaded/installed by Dell. I can see it when I'm in
Outlook and it's listed in the Programs & Features section of Control Panel.
