Cannot link to web site

When try to use the link in the body of the my e-mails I get this dialogue
box; Microsoft Office Outlook, body: "This operation has been canceled dut to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administration." I have not change any settings. This problem just started a
couple of days ago on it's own. This is my at home computer with a wireless
network. I have firewall programs and anti virus program. I up dated to the
new Outlook 7 hoping that would reset everything. I have already tried
Internet Explorer/ Internet Options/ Program tab/ Reset web to default on the
old Internet Explorer Ver 6.0 etc.... with no change.
