Cannot load Frontpg 2002

I installed FP 2002 as an upgrade to FP 2000 on my Win Me
system. However, when I try to open FP 2002, I get the
following error message:

Frontpg has caused an error in MFC42.DLL. Frontpg will now
close.

Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

Mischa, did you ever solve this problem? I am having the
same error but can't fix it.
